Purpose of WorkTalk

WorkTalk helps users practice difficult workplace conversations through simulated roleplay and AI-generated feedback.

WorkTalk is a practice and educational tool. It does not provide legal, human resources, medical, mental-health, employment, or other professional advice. It is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional or for your employer’s official policies and procedures.

You remain responsible for your workplace decisions, communications, and actions.

AI-Generated Content

WorkTalk uses artificial intelligence to create scenarios, simulated responses, transcripts, and coaching feedback.

AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, inappropriate, or unsuitable for your situation. WorkTalk does not guarantee any particular workplace, professional, or personal outcome.

You should review AI-generated content carefully and use your own judgment before applying it in a real conversation.

If a situation involves discrimination, harassment, threats, self-harm, immediate safety concerns, legal risk, or serious employment consequences, seek help from an appropriate person or qualified professional.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the information and content you provide to WorkTalk.

You grant WorkTalk and its service providers a limited right to process your content only as necessary to operate the app, provide AI features, synchronize your information, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to provide any content you submit. Avoid entering confidential company information, trade secrets, legally privileged material, or unnecessary personal information about colleagues.
