Data Collection
WorkTalk collects information you provide directly when you use the app, including:
- Account information, such as your name or email address when provided through Sign in with Apple
- Profile information and preferences
- Workplace situations and conversation details you enter or record
- Rehearsal transcripts, feedback, and practice history
- Subscription and purchase information
- Communications you send for support or feedback
WorkTalk may also collect technical information needed to operate and secure the service, such as account identifiers, installation identifiers, IP addresses, and device information.
If you use voice features, your audio is sent for transcription and AI processing. WorkTalk does not save raw audio recordings after processing, but the resulting transcript may be saved.

- Service provision: To provide conversation rehearsals, transcripts, feedback, and saved practice history (Contract performance)
