These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Bestiz iOS application and its related features, content, and services (collectively, the “Service”).

Bestiz is developed and operated by Mauricio Castro (“Bestiz,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge that you have read our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. About Bestiz

Bestiz allows two users to pair privately and exchange doodles, prompts, replies, and reactions. The Service may also provide friendship streaks, achievements, memories, creative prompts, push notifications, and paid Bestiz Plus features.

Bestiz is intended for personal, non-commercial communication between people who know and trust each other. It is not a public social network, identity-verification service, emergency service, or substitute for professional medical, mental-health, or safety assistance.

Features may vary by location, device, operating-system version, subscription status, and app version.

2. Eligibility

You may use Bestiz only if:

• You are at least 13 years old.
• If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
• You are legally permitted to enter into these Terms.
• You are not prohibited from using the Service under applicable law.
• We have not previously suspended or terminated your access for violating these Terms, unless we have given you permission to return.

If you are a parent or legal guardian who permits a minor to use Bestiz, you are responsible for supervising their use of the Service and agree to these Terms on their behalf to the extent permitted by law.

If you no longer meet these requirements, you must stop using Bestiz and delete your account.

3. Your Account

Bestiz requires an account created through Sign in with Apple.
